"Amazing"
I travelled to Rotterdam on my own in December 2006 and stayed at the Westin. I have stayed in a few nice hotels before but this tops them all by far! The room was lots bigger than it seemed on their website and the bed was truly out of this world, i slept so well. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless all of the time and the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The Lighthouse restaurant/bar served the best steak and apple cake and was a really relaxing place, i spent hours in there reading and sipping wine! I really can not praise the hotel and staff enough, i had an amazing stay.

"Perfect hotel"
Great hotel on a perfect location. Rooms are good size. Shower room is perfect; bath and seperate shower, which is a "real shower" with a decent amount of water! Dinner was great with splendid wines. Breakfast is the same, with virtually everything you could wish for (waffles, pan cakes, eggs etc. etc.) Holland is not know for its good customer service, but the staff of this hotel shows the contrary. Excellent service. A real recommendation if you are looking for an upperclass hotel.

"definetly the best hotel in town"
I have stayed in a few places in Rotterdam and this one is definetly the most pleasant, so that I already stayed there 3 times. It is a typical business hotel, not reccomendable if someone is looking for particular Spa treatments etc but it has good-sized rooms, they are clean and modern and the location is convenient. Breakfast is also nice, not extremely much, but totally sufficient and staff is friendly and helpful.
